Disclaimers
Historical performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Adjusted Finance and it's maintainers, nor the decentralized Risk Adjusted Protocol, guarantee your returns in any manner.
By minting RAC, your stance is to allocate to the crypto industry in a risk adjusted manner. The token's performance is directly linked to that of the underlying industry. Without an appreciation in the managed basket, RACs cannot appreciate in value.
Risk Adjusted Protocol consists of an immutable set of smart contracts on the Arbitrum One blockchain. As such, you acknowledge the inherent smart contract risk this entails.
Transactions are irreversible and neither the Adjusted team, or the maintainers of the decentralized RAC protocol can correct errors on-chain.
RAC has a fee structure that is much better than that of traditional funds. Specifically, there is a 0.5% on minting and burning of RAC tokens.
These fees are used to maintain the protocol and ensure its sustainability.
If you choose to use an embedded wallet (i.e., your account was created with an email or phone number), access to your wallet is structured by Privy.
Your funds are on the Arbitrum One blockchain. Depositing and withdrawing to fiat currencies (USD, EUR, etc) is facilitated through third-party vendors, completely unrelated to Adjusted Finance and its maintainers. You maintain full control of your coins and can move them at any point in time.
By using the Adjusted Finance frontend, you declare yourself to not be from our list of restricted territories. This includes, but is not limited to, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, North Korea, Iran, and any other sanctioned territory outlined by FinCen.
In addition, you explicitly attest to not being on any financial sanction list, on any country, but specifically that of the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list and Foreign Sanctions Evaders list
Risk Adjusted Coin is deployed and maintained by the Decentralized Autonomous Organization, Adjusted Finance. These smart contracts, on the Arbitrum blockchain, require a democratic quorum for any changing action to occur.
The frontend you are currently using and the application interface are managed and maintained completely separate to the DAO. This management, is handled by MakeWithMe, Inc (an incorporated United States entity in Delaware).
Explicitly, there is no entity relation between Adjusted Finance (a DAO) and MakeWithMe, Inc (a Delaware corporation).
